Overview
Enjoy a comfortable stay at Eliza's Manor, a charming, eco-friendly heritage hotel in Central Christchurch. Located in a suburban area, this certified green hotel is also a historic building that maintains its heritage, making it a standout choice for travelers seeking a blend of old-world charm and modern conveniences. You'll also be within easy reach of some of the city's main attractions, such as Haley Park and Avon River / Ōtākaro, 12 minutes away.
The Manor offers eight spacious boutique rooms, each with a distinctive design. The rooms, divided into Deluxe King and Superior Queen categories, are designed to transport you back in time with their traditional interior decoration. Each room has carpeted floors, wallpapered walls, and deep, rich, velvety colors and materials. You can see wooden elements throughout the hotel, adding a cozy ambience. Bathrooms are just as luxurious, with ample space, tiled surfaces, and standout bathtubs in some rooms.
For relaxation, feel free to unwind in the cedar barrel sauna designed for an authentic, relaxing experience in central Christchurch, or enjoy a meal at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, which serves locally sourced meat and uses local honey from the hotel's own beehives. If you're in the mood for a drink, the courtyard bar offers a relaxing setting in which to enjoy a cold drink with a relaxing view.
