The Geothermal Vök Baths, East Fjords

Loved the non-sulfur hot bath! Also enjoyed being able to dip in cold lake water from one of the hot baths. Very cool building/shower rooms etc. Only comment for possible improvement—is that some of the equipment getting in/out of baths were kind of green/slimy/slippery. It may be tough for them to impact this—but seems like they could have been cleaned.

Water is fresh and the highlight is being able to move from the hot bath into the cold lake and back with ease.

Wonderful warm baths. All the stories I read about having to shower in front of complete strangers wasn't true. We went in the evening. There were some private changing rooms and showers. And yes, you must shower before going in. But it's not like someone is standing there watching you do this. Wonderful experience.

The baths were amazing, but crowded.

This was one of the four different baths we visited. Each of them was unique and provided a relaxing experience. Really enjoyed these baths.

Amazing experience. Beautifully designed

The Vok Baths were a great place to unwind. At first, I was hesitant due to fatigue, but it turned out to be the perfect way to relax.

Such unique facilities that are incredibly clean, well run, and welcoming! Our favorite baths of the trip!

Beautiful and relaxing baths. The bracelets were high tech and made everything accessible.

This is a very nice facility and the staff was great. They have the main pools, plus 2 floating pools in the river. It is possible to jump into the freezing river and then climb back into the pools. It was a unique experience. A nice touch is also a corridor where you can walk right into the pool without having to brave the cold outside air. Of course, I learned that too late.
